We strive to display our Products (dry fruits and chocolates) as accurately as possible on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colours, information, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information than what appears on our website.

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Our Products are processed in facilities that may also handle common allergens, including but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any Product is completely free of allergens. It is your responsibility to read all labels and ingredient information carefully before consumption.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation via email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
4.2 Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Merrymade Foods is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Merrymade Foods are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1 Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our products (dry fruits, spices and chocolates), all sales are final. We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a genuine product issue identified by the management.
6.2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your request and, at our discretion, issue a refund or send a replacement product.
6.3 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at sales@merrymadefoods.com.

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
